Sue Ross Recruitment are working with Manufacturing company in the search for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their small team.

 

Key duties will include;

 

  • Key account customer service management
  • Order processing
  • Dealing with delivery and order queries
  • Raising credit notes when necessary 
  • Communicating with internal and external departments
  • Work towards agreed weekly, monthly and annual standards

 

The suitable candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast paced customer service role before, account management is desirable.
