Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our client, a respected firm with traditional values, who are currently seeking a Receptionist for their Sheffield City Centre office. This is a full time position, focusing on front of house reception, working alongside another Receptionist handling a busy switchboard. 

Duties will include; 

•Dealing with inbound telephone calls

•Meeting and greeting clients 

•Taking Credit & Debit card payments 

•Managing a diary

•Booking appointments and meeting rooms

•Handling post duties and special deliveries 

To be considered for this role is desirable that you have experience gained as a Receptionist in a law firm. You must be a confident communicator with a pleasant and professional phone manner. You will be organised, efficient and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
