Office Manager (Professional Services) - Sheffield (S3 Area)

Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a Chartered Surveyors based in Sheffield, who provide a full range of surveying, project and consultancy services. Our client are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.

 

Key duties will include;

 

  • Undertake day to day administration duties including asnwering telephone calls
  • Providing administration support to the surveying team, including diary management, travel management and inbox monitoring
  • Day to day office management including stationary ordering, dealing with supplies, arranging any testing for office equipment and arraping repairs/maintenance
  • Financial management including raising invoices, chasing outstanding debt/unpaid invoices, data inputting and liaison with group accountant
  • Act as a point of contact with 3rd parties and the business to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations 
  • Occasional travel to London (With sufficient notice) for attendance to company events, training or business meetings. (between 1 – 3 per year with expenses covered)

 

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with 25 days holidays + stats.
