Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a local organisation based in the Hope Valley who are recruiting for an Office Administrator.  This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, working hours are 8am – 4.45pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 12.30pm on a Friday.  

 

This is an interesting and varied role that will include: 

 

  • Providing an efficient reception service 
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Basic purchase ledger duties
  • Diary management 
  • Organising refreshments for meetings, maintaining catering supplies and taking meeting room bookings 
  • Supporting in the administration of company recruitment 
  • General administrative duties 

 

You will have recent administration experience along with a good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel.  You will be a strong communicator with a professional and flexible work ethic.
