Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist manufacturing company, who are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a really varied role supporting the logistics team and dealing with the office procedures and processes. 

 

Key duties include;

 

  • Utilising business systems and internal procedures to coordinate and process purchases for the office environment
  • Investigating complaints
  • Analysing KPI targets 
  • Liaising with supporting business functions and contractors/external suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Coordinate the collation and preperation of performance data to support the logistics team
  • Coordinate business systems for effective business processes 
  • Maintaining the office environment, including stocking up with essentials
  • Provide general administration support
  • Use business system knowledge and MS Office skills to create processes - Strong excel skills essential

 

The successful candidate must be intermediate in Excel, with strong administration experience.
