Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Secretary to work with our client, a well-established professional services organisation based in Chesterfield. Working within an existing secretarial team, this is a fantastic role for a candidate with excellent typing speeds who has experience of working within a fast-paced and varied environment.

 

Duties and responsibilties include;

 

  • Providing secretarial support to the company directors
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Document formatting and processing
  • Copy typing of documentation
  • Processing documents for various clients
  • Answering and directing incoming calls

 

The successful candidate will have proven demonstrable experience working within a secretarial role. You must have strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office packages, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workloads effectively.
