Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity working with our client, a successful specialist services company, for a professional and dynamic Business Development Executive to join their team. 

The company has recently experienced rapid growth and therefore are looking for experienced and professional outbound sales staff to join their existing business development and telemarketing team. 

This is a homebased position and duties and responsibilities include;

  • Contacting directors and business owners of SMEs to discuss service requirements
  • Utilising a consultative sales approach and effective questioning techniques to arrange appointments for the field sales team
  • Building rapport with clients and building strong business relationships
  • Conducting effective discussions regarding potential company requirements

The successful candidate will be an excellent B2B sales person who is hungry for success. You will have instinctive sales skills and will understand the importance of building a pipeline and varying your approach to suit your audience.
