Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a small yet established IT company in the recruitment of a Customer Support Administrator. 

 

Working closely with the Business Development Director, you will provide support with pre and post sales activities, respond to customer enquiries, provide 1st line technical support and conduct online/remote product demonstrations.  

 

You will also be responsible for generating PDF documents from paper originals supplied by customers.   Previous PDF formatting experience is advantageous, as are basic web graphic design skills and/or PHP development skills.   

 

The ideal candidate will have solid customer service experience, ideally gained within a technical environment.   You will be a confident communicator and a strong administrator.
