Sue Ross Legal are  currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known, regional firm of solicitors for a Legal Secretary to join their Family department based at their Derby office.

 

For this role it is essential that you have recent Secretarial experience gained in a law firm. Experience within a Family department is desirable yet not essential. 

 

Duties within this role will include;

 

  • Providing secretarial support to Fee Earners
  • Audio and copy typing general correspondence and legal documents 
  • Meeting and greeting clients to the office
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings and appointments 

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent audio and copy typing speeds and demonstrate the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload. You will have good communication skills both written and verbal.
