Conveyancing Secretary - Temporary - Worksop

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting a Temporary Legal Secretary to join the Conveyancing department of a well-respected firm of solicitors based at their Worksop office.

 

Key responsibilities: 

 

  • Prioritising workload
  • Audio and copy typing legal documents
  • Producing general correspondence 
  • Using the Lang Registry
  • Conducting searches
  • Managing diaries
  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Communicating with clients both face to face and over the phone
  • Arranging appointments

 

To be considered for this role you must have experience providing secretarial support within the Conveyancing department at a law firm and be available immediately to start work.

 

You must demonstrate effective communication skills and excellent typing speeds. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team.
