Conveyancing Secretary - Retford

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Conveyancing Secretary on behalf of a well-established and regional firm of Solicitors, to be based in the Retford office. 

 

Duties within this role will include;

 

  • Providing Secretarial support to Fee Earners within the residential conveyancing department  
  • Diary management 
  • Dealing with client queries in person and over the telephone 
  • Taking initial instructions from clients
  • Preparing quotes
  • Applying for searches 
  • Audio and copy typing general correspondence, contracts and general correspondence 
  • Maintaining filing systems 

 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience gained within conveyancing and have excellent audio typing speeds.
