Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant on behalf of a well established, multi site law firm. 

 

This role will see you supporting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner within the Gainsborough office and your duties will include;

 

  • Assisting with the progression of sales and purchase files along with re-finances
  • Managing and maintaining client files
  • Providing clients with regular updates 
  • Audio and copy typing 
  • Drafting conveyancing documents 
  • Conducting post completion administration 

 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience gained providing support within Residential Conveyancing and have strong IT skills. You should have excellent client care skills and the ability to work to set deadlines.
