Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join the Family law department within a professional, friendly and well established firm of Solicitors. 

 

The role will include;

 

  • Providing support to a team of Family Fee Earners
  • Audio and copy typing general correspondence and legal documents
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Preparing bundles
  • Answering and screening incoming telephone calls
  • Diary management
  • Booking appointments and meetings 

 

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have Secretarial experience gained within the Family department within a law firm. You should also have excellent audio and copy typing speeds and the ability to prioritise busy work loads.
