Legal Secretary Corporate - Sheffield

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary on behalf of our client, a leading, regional firm of Solicitors. You will be joining the Corporate department based in the Central Sheffield office and duties will include;

 

  • Audio and copy typing general correspondence, reports  and legal documents 
  • Formatting and amending large documents including file notes, forms and various agreements 
  • Preparing bundles
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Collating information using online sites 
  • Generating monthly bills 
  • Liaising with cashiers on a regular basis 
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings and appointments 
  • Dealing with client queries 

 

Ideally you will have experience of working within the Corporate department of a law firm, however, our client will consider experienced Legal Secretaries from other disciplines, in particular commercial law. You should have excellent audio and copy typing speeds, have the ability to deal with clients at all levels and have an excellent eye for detail.
