Conveyancing Secretary - temporary - Worksop

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Conveyancing Secretary to cover a temporary assignment on behalf of our client, an expanding, well regarded, regional firm of Solicitors. You would be joining their Worksop branch office.

 

We are looking at a start date of the beginning of December for this role and the duration of the assignment is to be confirmed.  

 

Duties will include;

 

  • Providing secretarial support to conveyancing fee earners
  • Producing general correspondence and conveyancing documents using digital dictation systems
  • Diary management
  • Answering and screening incoming telephone calls
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Dealing with client queries 

 

To be considered for this position it would be a distinct advantage if you had conveyancing secretarial experience already, however our client will also consider candidates who have good audio typing speeds.  For the right candidate there is the potential for this role to become permanent.
