Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary on behalf of a multi site firm of Solicitors. This firm has been established for over 40 years and has an excellent reputation for providing a high standard of client care.

You will be joining the Conveyancing team within the Worksop based branch and duties will include;

-Providing secretarial support to Conveyancing Fee Earners

-Audio and copy typing general correspondence, legal documents, contracts, file notes etc

-Diary management

-Dealing with client queries over the telephone, in person and via email

-Applying for searches 

This would be an ideal role for someone who is looking to work with a friendly team and who thrives on building and maintaining client relationships. 

To be considered for this role you should have previous experience working within conveyancing and have excellent copy and audio typing speeds.
