DOCUMENT PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (afternoons/evenings) - Our client, a law firm based in Sheffield are looking to recruit a number of document productions technicians. You should have fast copy and audio typing speeds as well as advanced IT skills in word for windows, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be inputting and amending large documents and working from precedents, transcriptions from digital dictation and scheduling of deeds. You should have incredible attention to detail and have pride in the work you create. You should have experience of working in this kind of environment and be at an expert level on all MS office applications as you will be tested on this at interview stage. We are considering candidates looking for full time hours (2.30pm-10.30pm, Monday to Friday) and part time evening hours (5pm onwards).
FRENCH SPEAKER REQUIRED FOR WELL ESTABLISHED FIRM IN SHEFFIELD - You will be responsible for developing sales and marketing opportunities in France, Spain and further afield.
CRB OR ENCHANCED CRB CHECK? If you have either a recent CRB or Enhanced CRB check coupled with a background in administration and first class IT skills then we would love to hear from you. We have ongoing temporary assignments paying excellent hourly rates plus holiday pay.
